Background Mix
On iPhone, volume can't be adjusted after a session is generated — Apple blocks web pages from controlling audio volume, even ours. This sets the voice/tone balance baked into every session going forward. Test it below before generating a full session.
💡 Drag the slider, tap Test Mix, and listen. If it's not quite right, move the slider again and tap Test Mix once more — each test reflects only the level at the moment you tap it, so you'll need to re-test after every adjustment. Repeat until it sounds right, and it'll be saved for every session from then on.
🎧 Test with the same headphones or earbuds you'll actually meditate in — voice/tone balance can sound noticeably different on speakers vs. headphones, so testing on the wrong one can leave you calibrated for a sound you won't actually be using.
(Android and desktop still get a live slider on the Listen screen too — this setting is what they start at.)
